To implement the requirements and deployment of Haisum's "14th Five-Year Plan", further improve the enterprise's lean management level, establish a scientific management and development concept, and establish a learning, growing and lean management team, Haisum held a special training on financial thinking and lean management for top management team on January 21. The CPC Committee Secretary and Chairman Zhao Guoang, the CPC Committee Deputy Secretary and President Chen Rongrong attended the training. Haisum's leadership team, headquarters functional management and business department heads and principals of various subsidiaries attended the training on site, and leaders of some subsidiaries and heads of relevant departments attended the training via video at the sub-venue. The training was hosted by Haisum Human Resource Management Center.
Dr. Ma Junsheng, director of the Financial Research Institute of Shanghai Pudong Financial Promotion Association and the university distinguished professor, was specially invited for the training. Yuan Jun, distinguished lecturer of Renmin University of China and Tsinghua University President Class and practical expert of lean management, gave special lectures on the topics of "Managers' Financial Thinking" and "Cost Reduction and Efficiency Improvement: Practically Grasping the Lean Management".
At the training, Dr. Ma Junsheng made a lecture on the new financial thinking that managers should have under the new situation from the perspectives of managers' financial thinking, analysis of the three major statements, interpretation and application of financial indicators, broadening the level of financial knowledge, and improvement of personal comprehensive quality. Yuan Jun expounded the development, source, nature and difficulties of lean management around the two modules of "recognizing lean and focusing on waste" and "cost reduction, efficiency increase and focusing on transformation", and explained the methods and tools for transforming traditional management into lean management. The two thematic training sessions were vividly explained with rich content. All participants expressed that they benefited a lot and were deeply inspired.
The year 2022 marks the "year of execution year" and "year of lean management" in the course of Haisum's innovative development. The training aims to learn from outstanding enterprises. On the one hand, it can enable each management cadre to change from project management thinking to enterprise management thinking and realize the integration of business and finance; on the other hand, learning the "lean management" concept and thinking about how to learn from the management experience of production-oriented enterprises can help transform it into "lean management" required by engineering companies. In the end, we will gain something from what we have learned and think about it, turn the learning results into concrete practice of work, continuously improve the level of enterprise management, create benefits with value, boost enterprise management to a higher level and advance Haisum through innovation and lean management.
