On December 14, China Haisum held the 2021 annual office work meeting, which was conducted by combining in-person meeting and video conference and participated by the head of the administrative management center of the headquarters, heads of the administrative departments of the headquarters and subsidiaries and some employees. Chen Rongrong, President of China Haisum attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
At the meeting, the company and its subsidiaries respectively introduced the job responsibilities and division of staffing of the departments. The administrative management center of the headquarters elaborated a series of management systems newly formulated and revised this year, including conference management, seal management, and official document processing, etc. The companies also discussed on the implementation of the system and the problems encountered in daily administrative management.
Chen Rongrong made a concluding speech. He firstly expressed his gratitude to the colleagues in the administrative department for their hard work to ensure the reform and development of China Haisum and affirmed the down-to-earth and hard-working work style of the administrative department.
In the meantime, requirements were also put forth that firstly, the colleagues in the administrative department should strive to practice empowerment and altruism and create value in the process of dealing with complicated affairs and filing works; secondly, efforts should be made to speed up the informatization of administrative management, the online process, and realize the standardization and cabin-style smart administrative management; thirdly, heads of the administrative departments should aim to be knowledge-instructed executives by making correct decisions, planning the development of departments, unblocking the talent channel of departments and cultivating employees who surpass themselves; fourthly, the staff of the administrative department should strengthen internal coordination to be versatile on one post for the sake of self-improvement; fifthly, to promote the unity of the company, China Haisum should strengthen the two-way communication between office staff.
