Zhang Hao, the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Poly Group, and his party researches Haisum of Poly Sinolight on March 2. Zhang Fangbin, the Director of Human Resource Center of Poly Group, Li Laixing, Party and Mass Work Office of Poly Group, etc., accompanied the investigation. Duan Zhaoqing, Deputy General Manager and Chief Accountant of Poly Sinolight attended the research symposium; Zhao Guoang, Chief Economic Manager of Poly Sinolight, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Haisum, presided over the symposium. It was also attended by Wan Yuqing, Secretary of the CPC Committee and Chairman of Poly Real Estate, and Zu Dayong, deputy general manager of Poly Real Estate.
Prior to the symposium, Zhang Hao and his delegation visited the Brand Exhibition Hall of China Haisum under construction, listened to the introduction to the historical evolution, enterprise party construction, engineering performance, scientific and technological innovation, digital transformation and other aspects of China Haisum, and had an on-site experience in the "Smart Brewing" experience area.
At the symposium, on behalf of Poly Sinolight, Duan Zhaoqing expressed his heartfelt thanks to Zhang Hao and his delegation for their visit to Haisum and sincerely welcomed the leaders of Poly Real Estate to participate in the symposium. He hoped that Poly Group could guide and support the next reform and development of Poly Sinolight as always, and asked the leadership of Haisum to seriously study and understand the spirit in the research instructions from the leaders, do their best in reform and development, and make new contributions to the development of the Group.
During the symposium, Zhao Guoang made a detailed report on the key work of strengthening the leadership of Party building, deepening strategic thinking, promoting organizational reform, accelerating digital transformation, improving enterprise brand building, strengthening internal integration and coordination, strengthening scientific & technological strength and risk management & control, and building a strong epidemic prevention and control and production safety defense line from four aspects: the progress of key work of development and reform, the implementation of Party building, the key work plan for 2022, and the thinking of future work.
Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Haisum, made a supplementary report on digital transformation and digital talent construction and reported on the three key tasks of accelerating the cultivation of a professional digital talent team, cultivating digital leadership and executive force, building a digital platform, accelerating industrial digitization and the process of industry digitization, as well as the work being promoted and difficulties faced at present.
After listening to the report, Zhang Hao made a concluding speech. He fully affirmed the achievements made by Haisum in the reform and development and stressed that Haisum should clarify its positioning as a national enterprise in the light industry, strive to become a leading enterprise in the development of the industry and make contributions to people’s better life. Zhang Hao put forward specific requirements for the following work from six aspects:
First, "Technology is the basis on which an enterprise stands". Haisum should adhere to taking technology as its foundation, cultivate core technical capabilities, and strive to become the setter of industry standards;
Second, "Talent is the foundation of enterprise's development". Haisum is a technology-intensive and intelligence-intensive enterprise. We should strive to cultivate a high-quality talent team represented by leaders in the industry to lay a solid foundation for the enterprise's development;
Third, "The ways of stability is achieved by management and control". We should learn from the experience and lessons of risk matters, establish and improve modern enterprise systems and management and control systems, and strengthen risk prevention and control, especially for overseas projects;
Fourth, "Reform is directed by the market". Facing diversified market competition, Haisum should keep abreast with the market and industry leaders to promote various reforms and digital transformation, and give full play to its advantages and realize its value in the process of solving clients' concerns by virtue of its advantages in technology, scientific research, service and integration;
Fifth, "Benefit is the ultimate goal". The pursuit of benefit is the foundation of the survival of enterprises. Development needs investment and employees' income needs to be guaranteed. In the final analysis, they all need support from benefits. Haisum should make full use of policies and use various forms to enhance employees' sense of gain;
Sixth, "Party building is the fundamental guidance". Party-building is the greatest advantage of state-owned enterprises. Haisum should adhere to the guidance of Party building, create an excellent corporate culture, promote the deep integration of Party building and business, and explore the beneficial experience of Party building management in sci-tech enterprises.
Zhang Hao stressed that Haisum has a long history, decades of industry accumulation and hundreds of industry experts. He hoped that the new leadership team would not forget its original mission, lead cadres and employees to work hard and build Haisum better.
At the end of the journey, Zhao Guoang once again extended his warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to Zhang Hao and his delegation for their investigation and guidance to Haisum, and said that they would carefully understand, convey and implement the spirit made in the speech, make greater contributions to the Group's realization of the strategic objectives of the "14th Five-year Plan" with outstanding achievements, and present a gift to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
