On November 18, Zhao Guoang, Chief Economist  of China Light Industry Group CO., LTD, Secretary  of CPC Committee and Chairman of China Haisum, warmly received a delegation led by Ma Jie, Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and General Manager of China Huaxin Post and Telecom Technologies Co., LTD (hereinafter referred to as Poly Huaxin). The two sides had in-depth exchanges on MES system, digital transformation and dual-carbon business, as well as the development and cooperation models of intelligent projects for municipal and civil use.

At the meeting, Zhang Zhi, General Manager of the Market Development Center of China Haisum Headquarters, and Pan Zhixiang, General Manager of the EIM Digital Innovation Center, respectively introduced the Company's business layout and strategic planning of digital transformation and dual-carbon business.

Yao Qiang, Head of the industry system integration business department of Poly Huaxin sales service platform, and Yang Jie, Head of sales department of Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell Enterprise Communications Co., Ltd., introduced Huaxin's domestic and overseas business markets, network solutions and product lines through project cases. 

Chen Rongrong said, “ Digital transformation is the key for China Haisum to not only meeting market demands but also responding to the national development strategy. China Haisum will firmly follow the path of digital transformation and transform itself into a platform which is based on cloud and data services and highlights intellectual property.

Jie pointed out that Poly Huaxin and China Haisum have a good foundation for cooperation. The two sides can conduct in-depth cooperation in the four key businesses of smart cities, communication solutions, optical fiber and cable and wireless radio frequency, enterprise network and cloud computing, system integration and software services, and jointly discuss cooperation ideas. 

At the end of the meeting, Zhao Guoang expressed his gratitude for the long-term support of Poly Huaxin as well as his outlook on further deepening cooperation between the two sides. He pointed out that data is a resource, digitalization is a technology, and transformation is a strategy. China Haisum is now conducting a deep reform in digital transformation, and the deep integration of engineering process and IT technology will promote each other on the deep cooperation in weak electricity integration and equipment integration. By fully utilizing each other's professional and resource advantages and combining the process with the software and hardware, China Haisum and Poly Huaxin can improve their competitiveness through the full set of service solutions. In addition, the two sides highly fit with each other in terms of the overseas business layout, enjoying broad prospect for cooperation. It is expected that both sides will further integrate the resources efficiently and cooperate and innovate together to match the business with needs and jointly implement the "Belt and Road" strategy.
