Recently, China Haisum, as the review and organizing unit, held an expert review meeting for the preliminary design of the Shanghai Tobacco Fengxian Cigarette Logistics and Storage Center Construction Project at its headquarters in Shanghai.
The meeting invited review experts and more than 40 leaders and relevant technical personnel from project construction and implementation units, including Shanghai Tobacco and its subsidiary Fengxian Tobacco, Sugar & Wine Co., Ltd., Hefei Design Institute of China Tobacco, project management consulting units, and follow-up auditing units. Chen Rongrong, Deputy Party Secretary and President of the Company, warmly welcomed the review group.
During the meeting, Zhang Rui, General Manager of Shanghai Tobacco Group Fengxian Tobacco, Sugar & Wine Co., Ltd., expressed gratitude to China Haisum for its strong support and the participation of all parties in the meeting. Leaders from Shanghai Tobacco introduced the overall situation of the Fengxian Logistics Center Project, while the Hefei Design Institute presented the preliminary design proposal.
The chief review experts provided detailed evaluations of the project one by one and engaged in extensive discussions based on the specific project circumstances, forming valuable review opinions. After unanimous agreement from the expert review group and the review unit, the preliminary design of the Shanghai Tobacco Fengxian Cigarette Logistics and Storage Center Construction Project was approved.

Over the years, China Haisum has maintained a friendly partnership with China Tobacco and has undertaken several representative tobacco engineering projects, including the in-situ technical renovation design project for Nanjing Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Jiangsu Industrial Co., Ltd., the in-situ technical renovation EPC project for Xinye Tobacco Slice Development Co., Ltd. under China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Co., Ltd., the EPC project for the construction of the raw material warehouse for Xiangyang Cigarette Factory, and the relocation and technical renovation project for the Shifang Branch of China Tobacco Sichuan Industrial Co., Ltd. Currently, the number of engineering projects undertaken by China Haisum accounts for nearly one-fourth of the total in the tobacco industry. The role of China Haisum as the review and organizing unit for this meeting demonstrates the trust that China Tobacco has placed in it. The Company will also use brand-new construction models to support industrial innovation and contribute to the high-quality development of the Chinese tobacco industry.
