On August 8, 2023, China Haisum successfully issued shares to specific investors and completed capital raising. The new shares were offered on August 25.
The stock issuance by China Haisum has won recognition and support from the capital market, attracting participation of 17 investors. The participating subscribers include state-owned capital, funds, insurance, securities, QFII, among others, with a total of over 900 million yuan in valid bids and a subscription ratio of 2.2 times. The final issuance price is 11.13 yuan per share, and a total of 10 specific investors were allocated shares, raising a total of 412.7686 million yuan.
In response to the national call for "digital transformation" and the implementation of the "dual carbon" development strategy, the capital raised by China Haisum this time will be respectively invested in the "Digital Transformation and Upgrade Construction Project" and the "Dual Carbon Innovation Center Project". These two projects will accelerate China Haisum's business transformation and strategic implementation, forge core competitive advantages, enhance the company's overall strength, and achieve high-quality development goals.
This issuance has received strong support from Sinolight Corporation, the controlling shareholder, and China Poly Group, the actual controlling shareholder.
