Recently, China Haisum organized a meeting for comprehensively evaluating its Sci-Tech Innovation Fund project. The meeting was attended by Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of the company, and Zhou Yuan, Vice President and Chief Technical Director.
The meeting was organized in a combination of on-site and video formats, involving more than 60 participants composed of comprehensive review experts, chief technical review experts, relevant leaders from various departments, and project teams. The meeting was presided over by Shen Guodong, head of the Technology R&D Center.
During the meeting, each project group systematically presented their application projects. The expert group engaged in discussions and exchanges regarding the 10 projects involved in the evaluation, and completed individual comprehensive evaluations.
Zhou Yuan briefly reviewed and acknowledged the company's work in research and innovation, emphasizing the need for subsidiary companies to strengthen their awareness of mutual learning, communication, and cross-fertilization. This would serve as an opportunity to gain an understanding of other teams' research and development progress and outline a clear roadmap for future scientific and technological innovation efforts, in preparation for the next phase of work.
Chen Rongrong made a concluding speech. He further emphasized that China Haisum has consistently aligned itself with the development of the nation and the times, bearing witness to the growth and expansion of the light industry. Looking towards the future, he urged active exploration of new products and technologies, increased investment in research and development, the determination of each subsidiary company's unique strengths and positioning, and the steadfast pursuit of industry leadership, cultivation, and accumulation. Moreover, he stressed the importance of embarking on the path of digital transformation while relying on core processes, as well as the creation of a comprehensive talent pool befitting the demands of the new era – all encompassing endeavors that would contribute to the authoring of a new chapter in the light industry.
