On October 24, 2023, a delegation led by Chen Rongrong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of China Haisum, along with Vice President Chen Zhiming, visited LONGi Green Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "LONGi Green Energy"). They met with Chen Pengfei, President of LONGi Green Energy's China Government-Enterprise Collaboration Division, and Vice President Chen Yuehua.
In the presence of both leaders, Chen Zhiming and Chen Yuehua, representing China Haisum and Longi Green Energy respectively, signed a framework agreement for strategic cooperation.
Chen Rongrong expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from LONGi Green Energy. He highlighted that China Haisum, leveraging its 70 years of engineering experience and market resources, is expanding its presence to the fields of new energy and new materials. Through intensifying technological innovation, they are striving to develop a proprietary digital platform for collaborative design and management, and factor sharing, so as to provide customers with one-stop and full-cycle "dual carbon" solutions tailored to their specific needs. China Haisum looks forward to diversifying their collaboration with LONGi Green Energy in strategic emerging areas, such as new energy and new materials, aiming to contribute to green and low-carbon development of the light industry.
Chen Pengfei congratulated China Haisum on its 70th anniversary. He acknowledged the broad potential for collaboration between the two companies in areas such as carbon neutrality and new energy. He expressed the hope that both parties should fully leverage their strengths and jointly advance the development of "industry and commerce + new energy" applications, promote the establishment of new energy demonstration projects, and engage in research, standardization, and the application and promotion of existing technologies within the industry.
The signing ceremony was attended by relevant leaders from LONGi Green Energy's China Government-Enterprise Collaboration Division, as well as leaders from China Haisum's Shanghai Headquarters, Changsha, Guangzhou and Xi'an branches, and representatives from other departments of the Headquarters.
